Made with Arriba cacao from Ecuador. 72% dark, deep and rich, with real brownie character. Underneath that, a subtle cherry fruitiness from the roast. I was hoping it would survive into the bar. It did.
This is the dark chocolate for people who think they don't like dark chocolate. Deep, never bitter, easy to fall for.
